Maintenance Contracts: All of our maintenance contracts run
from March 1 through November 1.
Basic Service Includes:
Monthly Visits $85 / month or $765 / season

*Clean debris basket & filter pad
*Remove settled debris
*Check for shifted rock
*Check liner edges
Standard Service Includes:
Bi-Weekly Visits $180 / month or $1260 / season
*Includes Basic Service items
*Trim aquatic plants and dead head
*Add Pond Clarifier
*Remove string algae
*Replenish food supply (special diet extra charge)
*15% water change as needed
Deluxe Service Includes:
Bi-Weekly Visits $285 / month or $2656 / season
*Includes Standard Service items
*Includes all maintenance supplies
*Includes Spring and Fall Clean Outs
*Plant fertilization
*Check for shifted rocks
*Check liner edges
*Trim aquatic plants and dead head
*Add Pond Clarifier
*Add Algae Control
*Remove string algae
*Replenish food supply (special diet extra charge)
*Replace aquatic plants if needed
*Test Water Quality
*15% water change if needed
Spring Clean Out: $350 - $650 (based on size)
*Drain pond and place fish in holding tank
*Remove solid waste ( leaves, twigs, debris)
*Power wash pond rocks
*Rinse and remove debris from gravel
*Clean Skimmer Box
*Clean Biofall and filter mats( if not done during winterization)
*Refill pond and return fish
Early Fall Maintenance: $65 plus cost of netting
*Includes bacteria, algae control and water dechlorinator
*Install leaf netting over your pond
Winterization: $150 plus cost of de-icer
*Remove leaf netting
*Trim back marginal and hardy plants
*Clean, remove and store spitter, foggers, etc.
*Remove and store pumps
*Remove and store any tropical plants
*Install pond de-icer
Single Visit Requests
Single visit requests are available without annual service contract and are billed hourly at $65 per man hour plus $65 call out fee. |
